The Corporation is incorporated under the Non-Profit Corporation Law of 1988, as amended, of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and shall be organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes permitted within the scope of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding ofany future United States Internal Revenue Law (the "Code"). In furtherance of these purposes, the Corporation may exercise all rights and powers conferred by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania upon non-profit corporations particularly to transform and empower vulnerable communities through solidarity programs providing the necessary tools to contribute to the socioeconomic development of communilies in need.

The director, a US national, Mrs. Judith Bohler, has traveled the last 16 years of her life to the Dominican Republic via the Franciscan Sisters Bernardinas to work in missionary activities. In 2016 he decided to create his own foundation and extend the visiting time and increase the number of missions in the Dominican Republic.

 

We believe that we are still capable of forming sensitive human beings before the problems of others, supporting us from community groups, churches, schools, private colleges, universities who will serve as missionaries in the development of social activities. Awakening in others the ability to love others, giving them the opportunity to have the experience and thus be able to live a moment with those who need the most, not only the material; but, feel the love and affection of someone. Our purpose is to create a person more sensitive to social problems.
