SANTO DOMINGO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. February. – JB Foundation celebrated the National Day of Students in the Dominican Republic. This celebration was held on Friday, February 18, 2022.
The non-profit organization carried out the activity as part of the delivery of teaching materials to boys and girls from the Hermanos y Amigos school and foundation located in North Santo Domingo. More than 100 children participated in the celebration and they received kits of materials which included a Mindjoy learning notebook, plasticine, a coloring book, colored pencils, a charcoal pencil, a ruler, and a notebook for notes during their daily classes.
About Academic Booklets: It is an educational program that the JB Foundation is carrying out with the sponsorship of The Breteau Foundation, a non-profit organization that works for a world in which every disadvantaged child can access a quality education, regardless of age. its origin and location.
During the activity, the boys and girls were able to enjoy a cake for the celebration of the students' day. In addition, the program was carried out with the presence of Mrs. Judith Bohler, President of the JB Foundation, who is in the Dominican Republic during the next six months for local jobs.
The Director of Social Programs, Egal De Los Santos, expressed feeling very happy because we are achieving our desire to continue contributing to education in the Dominican Republic. In the next few days we will continue to bring more materials on this and new educational projects are being started by the JB Foundation.
